During your time at EMCC, you will complete Honors Projects and write numerous research papers. The process may seem overwhelming at times, but know that you have plenty of support. This guide will help you by outlining the steps in the research process and highlighting some of the library resources you might find useful for your research.
The research process is recursive. You may find that you confront problems that cause you to go back to a previous step instead of moving neatly into the next one. This recursive process will continue until you have printed your final draft. Remember that rethinking, rereading and rewriting are a part of the research process.
